Jonathan Morris Henson is a US comedian and TV host who is also popular by his common names are Skunk Boy & Johnny Boy. He is the co-host of Watch This! And other programs on the Channel. He has been working as a host and producer of a program namely, Talk Soup on the E! Entertainment network since 1995 to 1999.

John has also hosted several broadcast specials including the 33rd Annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards (1993-2003).

 

 Biography:

John Henson was born in July 11 1967 AT STAMFORD, CT in United State. His father name is Joe Henson and his mother name is Barbara Wright. He has four older brothers.

 

Education:

He studied acting at Boston University, Circle in the Square, Playwrights Horizons and Three of Us Studios in New York City. He has starred in various theatre productions such as Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Conduct Unbecoming, Heinous Crimes and Other Delights, The greenhouse Effect and Remote Evolution. Henson finished high school at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan, CT.

 

Career:

John has worked as a stand-up comic in the beginning of his career, he was trained as a dramatic actor, his unique stage presence and style soon got him headlining top comedy clubs around America. He started appearing in films in the mid to late 1990s.His Talk Soup, which is now known as The Soup, is a daily show that is working very excellent both in daytime and late night. Henson took Talk Soup on the road to Tahiti and Australia, performed live at the Chicago Theatre to a sold out venue and has hosted approximately 1,140 shows in the 4 and a half years he was host.

 

John Henson and Vitiligo:

Henson has white hair on the right side of his head due to a chronic skin condition called Vitiligo, That’s why he has a nickname Skunk Boy. Once John has made a reference to this condition in his one episode of Talk Soup, referring to it as “Spot” and said that Vitiligo (IPA ) or leukoderm is a chronic skin condition that is causing loss of pigment, resulting in irregular pale patches on his skin.
