Dubai World dermatology and laser Conference and Exhibition was held in Dubai on 28th April, 2009 more than 5000 took part in this Exhibition and thousands of trade visitors and Doctors visited the exhibition the exhibition and conference held was for 3 days. “Psoriasis, Immunobullous, and Cosmetics 101″ was discussed during the first day of the conference whereas second day conference were about  ” Nail Symposium, updates on Cosmetics Dermatology, Lasers, Body Contouring, and interesting cases from Local Hospitals” and on the third and final day of the conference “Vitiligo, Therapeutics, Fat and cellulite treatment” were discussed.

On the final day speaking to the participants of the Exhibition and Conference chairman of Dubai Derma Dr. Ibrahim Galadari said that this years’ conference has revealed many complications that were not known before and many new treatments were also introduced during the conference.

Vitiligo a skin disorder was also discussed during the conference and many other possible aspects and treatments for this skin disorder were also discussed. Vitiligo affects one or two people out of every 100. Most of the people affected by Vitiligo are of 20 years old or less out of which one fifth of the people get this disease from their family members.
In this disease Vitiligo skin shows milky-white patches or dots on the body, whereas the quantity of pigment loss can differ contained by each vitiligo patch.
